This was a warranty job for SilverRock. The process was simple. I took my Car in to AAMCO where I was greeted by Fred. He was very personable and told me when they would look at my car. Johnny called me the day of and let me know what the issue was and that they would order the part. The very next day I was called that it was fixed and ready to pick up. They handled all the dealing with the warranty provider and it was very easy. Would highly recommend!
Best experience ever!! The manager was so kind and polite, he knew what was wrong with my car immediately and helped me super fast because he knew it was an emergency! the other guy that fixed my brakes was also nice and super helpful. I'll be recommending all my friends there! I wish this kind of service was everywhere, they definitely are professionals.
