I dropped off my truck on the way to the airport on a Tuesday and told the shop I’d be back on Saturday. Needed a transmission service and an overhaul of the transfer case. Fast forward to Friday and the needed part for the transfer case had not come in. The owner drove to the warehouse to pickup the part Friday afternoon and the shop worked late, after they typically close, to make sure the truck would be ready for me when I got back into town. This is the definition of customer service. It would’ve been easy to have called me to tell me the truck wouldn’t be ready until Monday, but Johnny and his guys put in the extra effort to do right by me. Excellent communication and top shelf service.

They got me in the next day had the car done quickly. Reasonable pricing and Johnny was friendly informative, and kept me posted throughout the whole thing. Had to have my whole transmission rebuilt. It was expensive as you can imagine, but these guys were amazing. They went above and beyond by fixing things they didn't have too. It was the best experience I've had at an automotive shop in a long time.
